Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Remedy has a place for you. Drop-ins are available anytime so you can participate in one of our classes. Once you have had a chance to speak with one of our Coaches you can schedule your Elements course. which will be your introduction to CrossFit. These classes will give you an overall understanding of CrossFit methodology so you can be confident when you begin attending on a regular basis you will have the basics learned.
